Database access error has forced a Server Manager restart

Description

The database connection used by the Server Manager for configuration and management has reported an unrecoverable error.

Cause

This is normally a database connectivity problem.

Action

Normally no action should be required, the Server Manager should be restarted automatically by the FraudOne SignPlus service. Best practice is to ensure that all Server Managers are shut down whenever the database is taken offline for planned maintenance.
