Description

The system monitor data structures from a previous Server Manager instance are still present in the system. This indicates an abnormal termination of the Server Manager program and may have resulted in orphan processes of the FraudOne product being left active in the system.

Cause

This is most likely caused by a catastrophic system failure such as a power outage. It may also be a result of a program failure in the Server Manager process itself.

Action

No action may be required. The Server Manager will attempt to continue the start up process. In the event of unexpected behaviour of the FraudOne installation, restart the operating system and repeat the start up of the Server Manager. If problems persist and the system environment is not responsible for the failure, contact Kofax for technical assistance.
