Description

The Server Manager cannot establish a connection to the central configuration environemt.

Cause

This is normally a configuration error.

Action

Initialize or reinitialize the configuration environment for the machine where the Server Manager is to start. This is done using the SetupCfg.cmd program. See the FraudOne administration documentation for more information about this program.
