Cannot open the mutex semaphore for the Server Manager interface

Description

The Server Manager interface (LiveInfo) cannot be correctly initialized.

Cause

This is most likely an installation error. Alternatively, the operating system structures used to communicate between the Server Manager and the managed programs have become irrevocable corrupted.

Action

Restart the server machine. Reinstall the FraudOne system and restart the server machine.
