LiveInfo interface not available

Description

Access to the LiveInfo Server Manager control interface was locked for longer that the allowed maximum time interval.

Cause

This is either a system performance issue or a server programming error elsewhere in the Server Manager control interface.

Action

Examine the overall system loading characteristics to ensure that adequate system resources are available for the FraudOne application. Contact Kofax technical support if the issue cannot be resolved.
