Description

The request to start the identified server could not be carried out because the current status of the server prevents it being started.

Cause

A request was made to start a server that was in an invalid state.

Action

No action is required if the server is currently running. Otherwise wait until the server stops and then retry the start request. If this fails and the server is required, try to stop and restart the server manually. If this still fails, the Server Manager should be restarted by stopping and restarting the SignPlus Windows service.
