Description

One of the pipes used to collect tracing information from the managed processes could not be created.

Cause

This is normally due to a resource shortage in the system where the Server Manager is being started.

Action

If the system is working close to the limit for virtual or real memory or for object handles, reduce the total load on those system resources. If this is not the case, or if the problem persists, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
