SrvMngr4 INI configuration parameter %s (%s) is not a valid time of day.

Description

The configuration times are restricted to times of day in 24 hour format with an additional value of 99:99 that is used to disable a feature. The value provided in the INI file lies outside this range and has been ignored. The configuration interval feature has been disabled.

Cause

This is a configuration error.

Action

Correct the value in the SrvMngr4 INI file to lie within the valid range.
