Java run time DLL not configured (JavaDLL=)

Description

The Server Manager configuration for an instance of the Java Application starter program has no configuration entry for the JVM DLL.

Cause

This is a configuration error in the Server Manager INI file.

Action

Correct the JavaDLL configuration entry(ies) to contain a fully qualified file name of a 32-bit Java Virtual Machine DLL.
