Description

The operating system could not find a process identifier for the recently started program.

Cause

Normally this indicates that the started program has ended immediately after starting (programs that cannot be started are reported differently).

Action

If the failing program has written any log messages, either to the Server Manager log or to its own separate log file, these should indicate the cause of the problem.
