Description

An error was reported when the service program attempted to register its service control dispatcher thread.

Cause

Either the program is being run from the console, the service is already running or the installation of the service is incorrect.

Action

If running from the console, specify the -cons parameter to ensure that the service specific functions are not attempted. Otherwise, reinstall the service program.
