Description

The server could not be started

Cause

Access to a server manager shared shared resource could not be granted within the time allowed.

Action

This may be due to a heavily overloaded installation that prevents access to the shared resource within the time allowed. Reduce the load on the system. If the problem persists, restart the server manager or, if necessary, the operating system. If the problem cannot be resolved by reducing the load on the system and restarting the operating system contact SOFTPRO for technical support.
