Description

An error occurred cleaning up the connection to the memory shared between the server manager and the service process

Cause

The operating system structures used to provide a shared memory communication between the server manager and the service process could not be closed.

Action

This error has occurred during the shutdown of the server manager. It may prevent the restart of the server manager. If the server manager cannot be restarted, the operating system should be restarted. If the server manager still cannot be started, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
