Description

The client program has sent document images and/or signature images that are larger than the current configuration can support.

Cause

This is a configuration error in the SDQ and/or ICV servers.

Action

Correct the configuration to allow for the sizes of the images used in the installation. The values used should be the smallest consistent with the correct operation of the system. Allocating unnecessarily large values for these configuration parameters can result in the overall performance degradation of the complete system due to virtual memory conflicts.
