Description

A database row was not found when expected.

Cause

A logical error in the database has been detected. The error has been detected in the recovery process needed to clean up a Day 1 Verification request that could not be queued in the CRS system. This may be due to a more general system condition which has made it necessary to cancel the Day 1 Verification.

Action

If the issue is resolved by correcting a problem with the CRS queuing mechanism then no action is required for this message. Contact SOFTPRO for technical support if the issue cannot be resolved.
