Description

An error was reported while attempting to read the next available document from the Day 1 Verification output queue.

Cause

This is usually caused by a database problem, such as the database or the CRS Workflow component being shut down.

Action

If (parts of) the system have been shut down, the error should be resolved when the system is fully operational. If the system is not (partly) shutdown or if restarting the components which were stopped does not resolve the issue then contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
