An internal queue management function reported a failure.

Cause

An operating system event object could not be created successfully.

Action

The problem may be that the operating system resources are exhausted, restarting the operating system may resolve the issue. Contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance to identify the underlying cause of the problem if restarting the operating system does not resolve the problem.
