Description

The operating system reported an error when trying to open the mutex used to protect access to the shared memory LiveInfo data area.

Cause

The cause of the error can be determined by analysing the reported error number which was returned by the operation system "open Mutex" API function.

Action

Correct the condition indicated by the error code and restart the application.
