Description

The configuration registry entry for this machine is damaged, cannot be accessed or the registry itself does not exist.

Cause

This is a configuration error for the machine where the application is running.

Action

If the registry exists, ensure that the failing application is being run under a user with suitable access rights to the file (SPCfgInst.dat). Use the SetupCfg program to (re)create this file with suitable contents on every maching where the failing application is installed.
