Cannot connect to configuration server.

Description

The ConnectionPool configuration properties file cannot be read because the configuration server specified in the registry cannot be reached.

Cause

This is either a configuration error (the SetupCfg program was given an incorrect address for the configuration server) or the specified server is offline.

Action

Ensure the configuration server is online and that the correct address was given to the SetupCfg program on the machine where the application is running.
