Managed item response contains invalid data

Description

The response received from the application server to a request for managed configuration data is not in the expected format.

Cause

This is usually a mismatch between the installed server message serialiser and the application servers themselves.

Action

Install matching versions of the message serialiser component and the application servers. If these are already matching or the installation of new versions does not solve the problem contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
