Configuration Managed Item update mixes simple and compare and swap requests

Description

The client program has used conflicting options when creating a request to read or update a Managed Configuration Item.

Cause

This may be a version mismatch between the installed message serialiser component and the client program using the serialiser.

Action

Install the correctly corresponding versions of the message serialiser and the client program(s) using it. Contact the client program supplier (which may not be SOFTPRO) for technical assistance.
