Description

The selected message version does not support the message contents requested by the serialiser client program.

Cause

This may be a version mismatch between the installed message serialiser component and the client program using the serialiser.

Action

Install the correctly corresponding versions of the message serialiser and the client program(s) using it. Contact the client program supplier (which may not be SOFTPRO) for technical assistance.
