Description

The message serialiser client program has requested the use of customer specific message support with a (version of a) message that does not allow such requests.

Cause

This is usually a mismatch between the installed version of the message serialiser and the client program that uses the functions of the serialiser.

Action

Install corresponding versions of the message serialiser component and the client program using it.
