Description

The current transaction does not contain a request to return user action information.

Cause

The client program has attemted to extract user action information records from the application server response but the request made in the current transaction did not request this information from the server.

Action

This is a programming failure in the client program using the message serialiser API. Contact the supplier of the client program (which may be SOFTPRO) for technical support.
