Description

The connection to the application server was closed or lost before the complete expected message was received.

Cause

Either a communication error or a mismatch between the installed versions of the application server and the message serialiser.

Action

Check the monitor log of the application server for communications problems and correct these or install matching versions of the application server and message serialiser packages.
