Description

The business object data returned by the application server to the client message serialiser includes a business object type that the installed serialiser does not recognise.

Cause

Usually caused by a version mismatch between the application server and the client message serialiser. May be caused rarely by a communication error between the application server and client.

Action

Install the correct version of the client message serialiser package.
