Signature/Image Type code {0} is invalid

Description

The client application has asked the message serialiser to retrieve Signature/Image data using a type code that the serialiser does not recognise.

Cause

This is either a client application programming error or the installed version of the message serialiser package does not match the client software version.

Action

Install the correct version of the client message serialiser package. If this does not solve the problem, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
