Description

The input data provided to the message serialiser to describe a rule must link the rule to either an account or to a customer. The linking index supplied for this is invalid.

Cause

This is usually a programming error in either the client program supplying the document or the prepare plugin that has preprocessed it.

Action

Contact the supplier of the client program delivering the document and / or the prepare plugin (which may be SOFTPRO) for technical assistance.
