Unable to connect to application server {0}:{1} {2}

Description

An error was reported by the communication subsystem when attempting to establish a connection to a SignPlus server process.

Cause

The server name or port number has been incorrectly set in the configuration of the client component of the server specified is currently not running. Alternatively, some firewall software between the client and server is preventing the communication outbound from the client machine to the configured server address and port.

Action

Ensure that the client configuration for the server address and port is correct and the specificed server is running. Check (with your network administration if necessary) that the communication path between the client and server is authorised by the rules of the firewall software.
