Description

More than one payment document has been processed with the same document reference number.

Cause

This is an input data content issue, FraudOne requires that payment documents have a unique identifier, the document reference number.

Action

Examine the integration of FraudOne into the customer payment document processing systems and change this to ensure that FraudOne is provided with the required unique identifiers.
