Description

The WFRouter was asked to provide live data for a document that is not present in the document pool held in memory.

Cause

This is typically a version mismatch between the WFRouter and other components in the FraudOne installation.

Action

Reinstall FraudOne using a consistent installation source. If the problem persists, contact Kofax for technical support.
