[WFSrv] createMemoryQueueRequest unable to allocate database queue request item

Description

The Workflow Server attempted to allocate memory to contain a memory queue item and the operating system refused to provide the memory requested.

Cause

The program requested more virtual memory than the operating system could provide or the requested memory size was invalid.

Action

Monitor program execution to establish if either the system memory utilisation is too high or if the program allocated virtual memory is steadily increasing. If the system memory utilisation is high, install more memory or reduce memory usage by other programs. If the program virtual memory allocation is steadily increasing, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
