Description

An attempt to set a result for a specific document was made by a user who does not currently hold the document locked for a decision.

Cause

This is normal operation of the CRS workflow management. Most likely the user attempting to set the result has taken too long to save their result and the document has been taken over by another user.

Action

No action is required, the user currently holding the document lock can decide the document normally, and the user receiving this message will be given a new document to decide.
