Description

An internal CRS message has been received that cannot be interpreted.

Cause

This is most likely a mismatch in versions between the CRS/Workflow itself and one of the other components that communicate with it. Less likely, it may be a programming error in a FraudOne software component.

Action

Check and install matching versions of all FraudOne components on your system. If this does not correct the issue, contact Kofax for technical support.
