There seems to be a problem with the database connection. The server will restart. Seppuku!

Description

Repeated database related errors have been detected. The server will terminate and be restarted by the server manager in an attempt to correct them.

Cause

Database not available or inconsistent.

Action

If the problem persists after restart, verify that the database is available.
