Priority boost thread seems dead. The router process will be restarted. Seppuku!

Description

The processing unit that releases boosts the priority of overdue items is no longer working. The application will terminate and be restarted by the server manager to correct the problem.

Cause

The database is probably not available.

Action

If the problem persists, verify that the database is running and reachable.
