Description

The component can't initialize network communication in order to receive messages from CRS engines.

Cause

Look up the error code in the OS documentation for the exact cause. The most probable error is, that the port is in use by another application, or that this component has been started twice.

Action

Verify that the application has not been started twice and the port is not in use. Check the OS error number.
