Can't load configuration

Description

The component has not been able to read the local/remote configuration information. It will wait for the configuration server to become available.

Cause

The local configuration files are missing, or the configuration server is not running, or has not been set up, or is unreachable due to network problems.

Action

Verify that the remote configuration setup procedure has been completed on this machine. Verify that the configuration server is up and running. Verify that it is reachable over the network.
