Description

The TCP/IP communication can not be set up. The OS error shows the cause.

Cause

Probably the TCP/IP port can't initialized because it is in use by another application.

Action

Check te OS error code and take the apropriate action. If the port is in use, verify which application uses it. If it is a process that has not been terminated, shut it down. If the port is used by a different application, configure another port number for SignPlus/FraudOne.
