Description

A document can't be routed after performing a reset.

Cause

The document changed state and can't be routed, the database is inconsistent, there is a error in the rule definitions, or there is a database/network problem.

Action

Check that the database connection is available. If it is and the document did not change state while processing, check that the rules routing the document are consistent. You need to correct the document in question manually.
