Description

The application server at the address configured to provide the configuration service does has not answered a request for configuration data within the configured time interval.

Cause

This is a user error.

Action

Contact your installation administrator to ensure that the required FraudOne services are all running normally. Change the configuration of your client machine to refer to the correct configuration server.
