Description

The CRS Router function to initialise the completion notification interface has reported an error.

Cause

Normally there is a problem with the communication between the APIA Verification server and the router. Either the router is not started or the address of the router is incorrectly configured.

Action

The problem may be that the operating system resources are exhausted, restarting the operating system may resolve the issue. Contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance to identify the underlying cause of the problem if restarting the operating system does not resolve the problem.
