Encrypted message header received without valid session key

Description

A client message has been which contains an ecrypted element before a valid session key was initialised.

Cause

The most likely causes are a mismatch in installed FraudOne versions between client and server systems or a client using a customer specific message protocol that the server does not support.

Action

Install compatible versions of FraudOne on both client and server systems. Contact Kofax technical support to ensure that correct installation procedure has been followed to incorporate customer specific message protocol implementations.
