Cannot open the Mutex for LiveInfo=%s, %d, %s

Description

An error was reported when accessing the mutex protecting the Attach Manager LiveInfo structure.

Cause

This is an environmental or configuration issue, normally attempting to start more than one Attach Manager process for the same group or an existing Attach Manager process was not cleanly shut down.

Action

Reboot the application server system where the Attach Manager is configured. If the problem persists check the configuration to ensure that only one Attach Manager process is defined for each group. If none of the above solve the problem, contact SOFTPRO for technical support.
