Description

The operating system TCP/IP stack has reported an error during the processing of a recv function.

Cause

This is normally caused by system enviromental problems with the communications hardware and software infrastructure, a user action at the client or a program error in the client software.

Action

Examine the error message for a system error code and carry the action(s) recommended by the operating system diagnostics for that system error code. If the error code indicates that the connection was broken by the peer software, this is likely the result of a specific action by a remote operator.
