Description

The number of concurrent sessions has reached the maximum allowed by the application implementation.

Cause

This is normally caused by a failure in the communication infrastructure which is not correctly managing the active connections. Installations trying to connect large numbers of clients simultaneously to one SignPlus application server should consider alternative SignPlus configurations with several application server systems.

Action

If no obvious network or hardware errors can be seen in the installation consult SOFTPRO for technical support.
