Description

The Attach Manager cannot get control access to one of the associated server processes.

Cause

Most likely the user under which the Attach Manager has been changed or does not have required access rights.

Action

Ensure the user under which the Attach Manager is running has access rights to allow it to kill the associated server processes and then restart the operating system to ensure that any processes previously started (under another user, perhaps) are stopped.
