Description

An attempt to force a server to restart failed

Cause

The Attach Manager was unable to establish communication with a server instance and needs to restart the server instance to attempt to correct the problem. The operating system request to kill a process has reported an error.

Action

Restart the Attach Manager and all associated servers manually. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to restart the operating system.
