Cause

A request to open the pipe between the client and server failed.

Action

Some configuration errors may cause this problem, ensure that the Attach Manager and its servers all have the same group name. Restarting the Attach Manager and the associated servers may solve this problem. It might also be caused by a lack of resources in the operating system; reducing the load on the operating system may then resolve the problem. In some circumstances, an operating system restart may be required
